Summary
THREE'S COMPANY titillated and shocked audiences while becoming becoming a surprise hit during its six-episode first season in spring of 1977. But its phenomenal success astounded even its talented cast when the show reached No. 1, earned a People's Choice Award and landed on the cover of Newsweek during its second season in fall 1977 through spring 1978. More than twenty-five years after changing the American landscape, it remains one of the most endearing and enduring TV series of all time.

The legendary John Ritter stars as the aptly named Jack Tripper (the role that won him an Emmy, a Golden Globe and the hearts of millions), the affable bachelor who shares an apartment and zany hijinx with level-headed Janet Wood (Joyce DeWitt) and naïve blonde Chrissy Snow (Suzanne Somers). Sexy misunderstandings and slapstick pratfalls abound as the trio adjust to their 1970's-style cohabitation while engaging in comic mishaps with their sexually frustrated and suspicious landlords the Ropers (Norman Fell and Audra Lindley) and Jack's smooth-operating pal Larry (Richard Kline). Whether hosting swinging-singles parties, unknowingly digging up marijuana from Mr. Roper's "weed"-ridden garden, or relaxing at their neighborhood pub, The Regal Beagle, the trio learn how to live and laugh together their first year as co-ed roommates and friends.

THREE'S COMPANY -- SEASON TWO features all 25 Episodes of the sitcom's classic second season -- as well as the never-before-seen first pilot shot before Joyce DeWitt and Suzanne Somers were cast. This DVD also includes never-aired bloopers, vintage memorabilia and still photo galleries, and a very special John Ritter remembrance tribute featuring his longtime friend and co-star Joyce DeWitt.
